ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Is my credit card information save?

Your credit card information is transferred using 256-bit encryption the same security used by the banks.


Can I place an order over the phone?

You can place your order over the phone by calling 1-888-888-8888.


What payments types do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover and Paypal.

Financing is available with Affirm (U.S.) and PayBright (Canada). U.S. trade customers can use finance options with Resolve Pay.


Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is collected where required to by law. Applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.


When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged for your order when you place it.


Will I get an order confirmation?

An order confirmation email is sent right after you place your order. If you have please contact us if you do not receive an email


Do you offer financing?

U.S. customers are able to arrange financing for their purchase with our U.S. financing partner Affirm

Canadian customers are able to arrange financing for any purchse of $500 or more through our Canadian financing partner PayBright.

These options are available at checkout, along with additional detail. 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY COSTS

What are your shipping charges?

The below is valid for contiguous US and Canada major cities and suburbs.

Standard Delivery: $60

  1. This is curb drop delivery, you may need help to get the product into your home and room

    Delivered to the Room of your choice: $120

    • You will need to unpack and dispose of the packing

    Assembled in the room of your choice: $180

    • Your product will be assembled. You are still responsible to dispose of the packing

    Orders over $1,000

    • Qualify for Free Basic shipping - Curb Drop
    • Qualify for $100 Delivery to the room of your choice
    • Qualify for $150 assembled in the room of your choice

     

    Hawaii and Alaska ship for a flat-rate of $400.

    Remote areas of Canada encompassing areas of the Yukon, Northwest and Nunavut territories, and areas outside of major cities and suburbs will be quoted at your time of order, you will not be charged at check out but instead will be contacted with quote once the quote is accepted your order will be charged and processed.

    How long does delivery take?

    We keep low stock levels in order to provide our excellent prices and quality, if your item is in stock it will be indicated on the buy page and your delivery will be in 7-10 days if your item is not in stock it will be dispatched when our next bulk order lands which will be 6-8 weeks.


    Can I track my order?

    There is a live shipment tracking tool, you can login and follow your order here: login to your Seventhhouse account. 


    How are the deliveries arranged?

    You will be contacted within 48 hours of delivery where a convenient time and day will be set up for you.

    Can you accommodate custom delivery dates and times?

    If you would like your order pushed out, we can hold it in our warehouse for 4 weeks, you can contact us when you are ready. 

    I have Missed my delivery appointment, what now?

    The delivery company will call to schedule a new time slot.  You maybe charged for us. Our delivery companies use third parties and each has their own policy so a charge will depend on the delivery company.

    RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

    What is your exchange policy?

    Products can be exchanged or Returned for a refund within 14 days from receipt of delivery.

    Exchanges:

    Are Picked up and returned to our warehouse at no charge, you will be charged the second delivery cost of the new product exchanged.

    Cancelled orders Returned:

    The item should be in the same condition as you received it being as good as new, once we have inspected the item at our warehouse we will issue a full refund of the item less the collection fee of $100.

    Keep your packaging

    YOU MUST KEEP YOUR PACKING FOR 14 DAYS, ONCE YOU ARE SURE YOU WILL NOT RETURN THEN RECYCLE YOUR PACKING

    ANY ITEM RETURNED WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKING WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $70 REPACKING FEE

     

    How do I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order before dispatch by going in 'My Account' and 'My Orders'. If the cancel option is missing or your order has dispatched already, you can contact us and we can sort this out for you. The refund will back on to your form of payment.

    How long do I have to return my order?

    14 Days from receipt of delivery.

    You can return your item to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact us and we will assist you with your return. For more information on our returns policy see here.

    If I choose to return my order, how long do refunds and pick ups take?

    Returned product pick ups take 5-7days

    Refunds are applied after the product is inspected as long the product is in as good as new condition you will be refunded less the return delivery costs.

    What happens if I no longer have the original packing?

    If you no longer have the original packaging you will be charged a $50 repackaging fee

    Can I cancel an order?

    Ofcourse you can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched for a full refund, if you you cancel and the order as order left the warehouse you will be refunded less the shipping fee.

    What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

    Take pictures of and detail the damage in an email through our Contact us page and we’ll arrange for a speedy replacement.


    What should I do if the products are defective?

    My product does not fit in to my space?

    Contact us for a pick up. We will inspect the product at our warehouse once the item is passed as in good condition we will refund the item less the delivery charge and collection fee of $100.

    What warranty is provided on your products?

    We do not offer a warranty on our furniture products which is inline with most other furniture retailers. Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and have to pass our rigid quality control procedures which adhered by our own staff on the factory floor, very few other retailers have their own staff on site, we do!

    it is rare for our products to develop any issues, if you find something out of the ordinary please contact us and we will deal with this on a case by case basis.

    Do you have a showroom?

    No, we are factory direct to your door and our business model is cut out everything in between and raising quality and increasing savings.

    Can I order fabric samples in advance of my purchase?

    Yes. Please visit our fabric sample request page
